Born in Bari on May 1, 1992, Roberto built his professional career in the restaurant industry, gaining experience in seasonal, events, and catering.
In 2014, he moved to Bologna, where he joined Pizzeria +39 in Castenaso (BO). Here, he had the opportunity to enhance his skills through dedicated training courses and immediately put them into practice.
Thanks to his passion and constant pursuit of growth, he has collaborated on international consulting projects in Germany, Portugal, China, and Mexico.
Today, he is the General Manager of GLDM, bringing with him a wealth of experience that combines professionalism, vision, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Training for growth
Born in Ischia in 1970, Antonio took his first steps in the restaurant world under the guidance of his mentor Gaetano Fazio, with whom he built the foundations of his career.
In 1998, he moved to Tokyo, Japan, where he worked at the first authentic Neapolitan pizzeria, “Piccola Tavola.” From there, he embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, opening his own pizzeria, Tonino, in Shimotakaido, which has become a benchmark for Italian gastronomic culture in Japan.
After the 2011 earthquake, he returned to Italy and further enriched his career with various pizzeria experiences. He subsequently joined the +39 project with his brother Luca Di Massa, bringing his expertise and passion.
Today, Antonio is Head of Training for GLDM, a role that embodies his mission: to convey knowledge, professionalism, and authentic traditional values.

Creativity and Vision
A passion for images and visual communication has guided Carmine’s career from the very beginning. Self-taught in photography and videography, he honed his technique and sensibility through personal projects and the creation of YouTube content dedicated to cinema and animation.
In 2024, he moved to Japan, an experience that allowed him not only to deepen his language studies but also to enrich his creative vision thanks to new cultural influences.
Very active on social media, he now puts his creativity and storytelling skills to work for GLDM as a Photographer, Videographer, and Junior Marketing Specialist, helping to showcase the company through images, videos, and digital strategies.

Originally from Qingtian, Guang Sun moved to Italy at the age of 16, beginning his professional career in his family’s restaurant. His determination and resourcefulness soon led him to Castel Guelfo (BO), where he successfully launched several entrepreneurial ventures.
Thanks to his international vision and in-depth knowledge of the Chinese market, he recognized the great potential that links Verace Pizza Napoletana and Made in Italy to the growing demand for authenticity and quality in China.
This is why Guang Sun now supports the GLDM project as China Delegate, with the aim of enhancing and promoting Italian tradition in the Asian market, building bridges between cultures and creating new growth opportunities.

With an international career developed in Mexico City, Daniele began his professional career in 2008 as a Sales Marketing Consultant, later holding roles of increasing responsibility, such as Regional Service Sales Manager and, subsequently, Director at ATLB Group.
His aptitude for sales management and international relations led him to develop a solid background in real estate, serving as a Realtor Sales Associate.
Today, Daniele puts his experience and network to work for GLDM, as Delegate for Mexico and Brazil, with the aim of promoting Italian gastronomic culture and the authentic value of Verace Pizza Napoletana in Latin American markets.
